[Medieval] In Search of Gold! CAMP - Page 9

I'd gladly pitch in my 3 remaining gold to rent a wagon of some kind.  I'd love to be able to come along.  The 2 day trip there will give my ankles plenty of time to heal.

Alright guys, here is the deal.  As a leader i feel we cannot continue on this adventure as we are right now.  We are low on funds and supplies.  I think we should wait and try and earn money so we can be properly prepared to go on this adventure.

I posted in the Unrelated & Related section whether it would be possible for us to take a few days off and earn a few gold before we head out.  If the admin thinks thats possible for us to do we will most likely try that unless someone objects.

Please post what money making scheme and what you want your character to have incase we are allowed to do this so i can post a party order.  If we can't do this we are just gonna have to figure somethin out.....


I know this may be a lil disappointing to some of you but i'm sorry.  Would you rather wait a couple days or have your character or friends characters die of starvation and lack of energy while in battle.  I don't wanna see anyone die so that is why I am making this decision.  Please post if you disagree.

Thats why i think we will need to stay a couple days in town to try and earn money...maybe a week in town before we depart.  Lots of us don't even have money to buy food.  We need to make money somehow.

I need some feedback guys, we don't have anymore time.  This needs to be posted fairly soon.

Excavon lightly walked over to the group. He reached deep into his pouch of gold and grabbed the last of his gold. '8 gold pieces' he said to himself. He had overheard them talking of buying a wagon, possbily his contribution could benefit(sp) their cause and possbily welcome him somewhat into the group.

They did not see him come behind them. Excavon threw his gold with the rest, and said to the group, "I heard you were all embarking upon a mission. Pardon me for listening in for it was rude, but if you wouldn't mind, Could I join? I have a talent for working leather and wood, I carry only my 2 short swords, flint, and 5 day's rations. I move fast, and will not burdon you"

He looked up at their faces, and awaited some form of reply..
