[Medieval] Party Order 4 - Page 3

When in an open field what will be your formation: Leirsgrios & Liete take frontal positions for hand to hand/primary attack while Jonas shoots his bow and Omega watches for other dangers and looks for rocks to throw or uses his staff. Eneyla will stand at the back with her bow.
 
When in camp who will stay awake, 1st, 2nd, etc:  Leirsgrios, Jonas, Omega, Eneyla, Liete  
 
In a dangerous situation who will disarm traps: Jonas  
 
Who will react first to attack: Leirsgrios, Liete and Eneyla
 
If the leader becomes inactive in the forum who will take over: Liete  
 
How long does the leader have to be inactive on the forum before someone takes over:  
48 hours  

Omega calls to Leirsgrios below and tells him that its not safe for Liete out there.  He tells Leirsgrios and Eneyla to pick up Liete and move her into the barn.  If trouble comes Omega will go in and wake her up.

Once Liete is in the barn Omega puts his cloak around to her hide her from anything peering into the barn.

Eneyla realizes that she doesn't have a melee weapon and remembers Liete telling her she could borrow her short sword, leaving the 2 handed sword for Liete.  Eneyla sees that Omega has no weapon so she loans him her bow and arrows.

During this transition Jonas is intently looking for movement from up in the hayloft.

Omega goes up and joins Jonas in staring at the field.  He then puts all his herbs and ointments in the corner of the hayloft so he can shoot better.  Omega is listening also watching for any early warning signs from his dog.  

Eneyla and Leirsgrios will sit by eachother at the NW corner of the barn.  Eneyla watching W and NW while Leirsgrios is watching North and Northeast and East.  Everyone gets their weapons ready incase of attack.

With Liete in the barn, if attacked Leirsgrios and Eneyla will retreat to the barn.  Omega will climb down into the barn area and wake Liete so she can help out.  Then Omega will climb back up the ladder while jonas shoots the creature or thing with his bow and Omega will join in shooting.

If Omega's dog shows signs of something stirring Jonas will yell to Leirsgrios and Eneyla letting them know.

If an enemy is sighted for sure in the field, or if his dog shows definate sign of an attack Omega will immediately wake up Liete while Jonas yells to Leirsgrios and Eneyla, letting them know how many and what.  Leirsgrios and Eneyla will ready their weapons and prepare to strike at the enemy/enemies.

If nothing comes for a while and the animals calm down, Eneyla and Omega will take watch while Leirsgrios and Jonas get some rest.

Leirsgrios says to Mr. Smith, "We are going to scout into the forest before we go back to town.  Is it alright if Jonas and Eneyla stay here?  Jonas needs to tend to her wounds while Omega, Liete and I scout the forest. We are planning to be back in two hours."

Liete goes to get her rope from Omega's dog.  Omega goes to give Eneyla her bow and arrows back.  Liete tells Eneyla to give the short sword she borrowed to Omega.  Liete gives Omegas cloak back to him, Omega puts the cloak on.  Liete decides to split the 40 gold 5 ways for everyone, this means everyone gets 8 gold.

If Mr. Smith doesn't allow Eneyla and Jonas to stay Eneyla and Jonas will take all the supplies and go to town. Eneyla will use her share to get rent a room at the inn.  Jonas will try to tend Eneyla's wounds with his herbs.  Meanwhile, Leirsgrios, Omega and Liete will go into the forest and scout for a couple of hours.  We will also take omegas dog and try to find a place to bury it.

Leirsgrios, Liete and Omega will take 1 days food and 1 days water rations incase something happens.  They will leave the rest of their supplies with Jonas and Eneyla.  They will look for animal tracks, traces of animals fighting or any odd signs in the forest.  We will travel in single file, Liete at the front, Omega in the middle and Leirsgrios at the back.  If attacked we will stay and fight with Omega covering Leirsgrios's and Lietes backs while they fight.  If they are out numbered or feel they can't overtake the enemy they will try to retreat.  Liete is a navigator so we shouldn't get lost on our way back.

They will head back to the farm and report what we found to Mr. Smith.  They check on Eneyla's wounds to see if she is well enough to come along.

Leirsgrios goes on to say, "We need to go into town and buy some stuff, then we have decided that we are going to explore the cave.  Is it alright if we leave the supplies we don't need with you?  We believe that whatever is causing these animals to go crazed is in the cave.  We are gonna go and try to destroy whatever is causing this.  We will be back through here one our way to the cave to drop off our stuff.  I think that even if we do find it and kill it we should stay for another night to make sure its safe."

They grab our stuff and head to town.  While at the market place Omega will buy a Short Sword for as low as he can get it.  He has 10 gold on him and wants to have some left.

They now head back to the farmers house.  They decide to take all their armor and protective gear but will leave many supplies behind because it will only hinder their combat movement.  Omega will take one healing herb, and his short sword along with him. Liete takes her Short Sword with her because her Two Handed Sword will be too big for the cave then puts her Flint in her pouch to take it along with her.  Jonas will take one Healing herb, One Herb for Disease and One Insect ointment in his healing pouch, he will also take is bow, arrow holder, his arrows, his dagger and his staff.  Eneyla will take her bow, arrows and arrow holder along with her.  Leirsgrios will take his Mace and his two torches to supply light while in the cave.

When they get to the cave, they will light both the torches upon entering.  Leirsgrios will hold his mace is his dominant hand and hold the torch in his other.  Omega will hold the other lit torch in his off-hand.  If battle occurs they believe using the fire from the torches may come hand seeing how its a night time creature.

They will have a formation upon entering the cave.  Leirsgrios and Liete will be side by side in the front.   Omega and Jonas will be side by side behind Leirsgrios and Liete.  Eneyla will be following very closely behind Omega and Jonas.

If attacked from the front, Leirsgrios will try to get its attention while Liete gets behind at attacks it.  Omega will engage cautiously once its got its attention on someone.  Eneyla and Jonas will drop back then shoot at it if they have a clear shot.   If attacked from behind somehow, Omega and Jonas willl immediately shift aside.  Leirsgrios is fast enough and then has a path to it.  Leite will follow Leirsgrios and back him up.  Omega will engage once he feels he won't be a target.

Their formation in a large open room will be a triangle an upside down V.  Leirsgrios at the peek, Omega to his left, Jonas to his right.  Liete on the Right end and Eneyla on the left end.

If attacked Leirsgrios will intercept while Liete attacks from its backside or if it leaves itself vulnerable.  Omega will cautiously intercept once its fixed on Leirsgrios.  Eneyla and Jonas will back away and fire arrows at it if they have a clear shot.

While in exploring the cave, Omega and Jonas will try and concentrate in looking for possible traps and possibly treasure of some sort.  Possible salvaged equipment they can pick up on their way back.

If they come upon an enemy unaware of them, Leirsgrios and Liete will suprize attack it while Jonas and Eneyla prepare to fire once it turns around.  Omega will attack when he feels he won't be a target.

Page 3 Order Party Medieval

The party will return the to farmers home, explain to him what happened and that they need sleep.  They will go to sleep and they asked the farmer if he could wake them up at noon.   Once they wake they will return back to  the cave.  

They will relight the torches and enter single file.  Leirsgrios, Liete, Omega, Eneyla then Jonas.  When they get to the cove, Leirsgrios will quickly enter and prepare to be attacked by anything.  Liete will then enter beside him and prepare to defend as well.  Omega will come in and stand behind Liete and Leirsgrios, while Eneyla and Jonas both come out and stnad side by side bith bows ready behind Omega.

If attacked Leirsgrios  will get its attention and move the the left, Liete will get behind it on the right if she can.  Omega will cautiously engage in combat if he feels he won't be a target, he will strike from beside Liete, behind the beast.  Jonas and Eneyla will then should have a clear shot at  the beast.  If it turns to them, Leirsgrios will intercept while Jonas and Eneyla hold their fire.

If they catch the best off guard Leirsgrios and Liete will suprize attack from behind if possible.  Leirsgrios  will get its attention and move the the left, Liete will get behind it on the right if she can.  Omega will cautiously engage in combat if he feels he won't be a target, he will strike from beside Liete, behind the beast.  Jonas and Eneyla will then should have a clear shot at  the beast.  If it turns to them, Leirsgrios will intercept while Jonas and Eneyla hold their fire.

While in combat, Leirsgrios will try and wave his torch to the creature if he has a chance to see if it will scare it.  If it is afraid of fire, he will tell omega to use the torch he is holding on the creature.

If attacked near the Cove Leirsgrios will try to push it back into the cove using his sword and torch.  Then fullfill the plan.  If near the exit they will fall back and try and fullfill their plan.  If the creature doesn't come out into the sun Eneyla and Jonas will shoot it while it is in the cave.

They decide that staying in the cave is useless so they head back to the farmers house.  When they get there they report to him what they found.  Omega says, "Mr.  Smith, do you have an ideas on how we handle this situation?  What do you think about the whole thing?"

Leirsgrios replies, "Yes, we believe that these bats are biting the animals and causing them to go mad."

Omega says, "Mr. Smith do you possibly know of any place in town we could acquire something very flamibal and explosive, so we could engulf that cave in flames?"

Liete says, "We can get oil easily enough, but wood, we will need wood.  It would take too long to cut down a tree and the wood would probably be too wet." She turns to Mr. Smith and  Liete suggests to the farmer about using some of his wood (if he has some) and offers to have everyone help recut him some more wood after defeating the bat swarm

If the farmer says he has wood and enough for us to use.  They will tell Mr. Smith that they will be back after a quick run into town.  They party will then head to town,  Liete and Leirsgrios will both give 3 gold each to Omega and Omega will pitch in 1 gold.  Omega will then go to the market and try to haggle a cheaper price for 5 flasks, 1 flint, 1 torch and 1 stray dog than 9 gold.  If the haggle is succesfull he we split the remaining gold given to him and give half to Liete and half to Leirsgrios.

Once this is done they will return to the farmers home, they will prepare the wood to be taken to the cave tomorrow.  Once everything is ready they will try and make a plan for the night.

If the farmer doesn't have any wood for us to use they will ask the farmer if they could borrow his horse and cart to haul wood back to the farm from town to make it easier.  No matter what the farmer says the party will then head to town,  Liete and Leirsgrios will both give 3 gold each to Omega and Omega will pitch in 1 gold.  Omega will then go to the market and try to haggle a cheaper price for 5 flasks, 1 flint, 1 torch and 1 stray dog than 9 gold.  If the haggle is succesfull he we split the remaining gold given to him and give half to Liete and half to Leirsgrios.  While in the market Omega they will ask around to see if anyone is selling chopped wood and at what price.

I carried/played Joe15's character Jonas through the week giving him a chance to come in and take back his character, but I am no longer responsible for his character due to his inactivity.  Hes just been following us these couple days, having no input.

The party gets the the farm, they tell the farmer that they are going to the cave to gather wood and that they will be back before sunset to watch his farm.  Before they leave, they leave everything except for our weapons and armor at the farm.  

When they get to the farm they will go in groups of two looking for twigs, they won't go too far from eachother.  One pair will consist of Leirsgrios and Omega and the other will consist of Liete and Eneyla.  Both pairs will be about ten feet from eachother while searching for wood at all times. They will both go back together to drop the wood off at the cave.  They will repeat this until 6:30 so they have enough time to get back to the farmers house before nightfall.  

When they get back to the farmers house it should be dark out so they will get ready for the night.  They will place all their non-combat supplies in the barn corner where it was last time.  

Liete tells Omega that he can use his rope to tie his dog to the NE corner of the chickens fence.  Omega then goes out and ties the dog to the NE corner of the chicken fence.  

Omega will sit at the NW corner of the barn and Leirsgrios will be 10 feet to his right on the North side of the barn.  Omega will be watching West, NorthWest and his dog that is several feet away from him while Leirsgrios is watching North and Northeast and East.  Liete will be 5 feet to the left of Omega on the W side of the barn watching West, Southwest and Northwest.  Everyone gets their weapons ready incase of attack.

Eneyla will be up in the hayloft with her bow overlooking the field.  She will be watching the field intently watching for any signs of movement.

Leirsgrios and Eneyla will stay awake to watch over the night.  If Leirsgrios gets tired he will switch shifts with Omega and he will watch over Leirsgrios's area.  Eneyal will wake Leite and switch watch with her when she gets tired.

If Omega's dog shows signs of something stirring the two people who are on watch will awake the other two and then everyone will prepare for attack.

If Eneyla sees anything in the field she will yell down and make the others while preparing he bow to shoot.

If Liete gets attacked she will run over to the corner and prepare to attack.  If Leirsgrios is attacked he will run to the corner and prepare to attack.  If Omega is attacked he will yell to Leirsgrios and Leirsgrios will intercept the enemy as Omega runs towards him.  Eneyla will shoot at the enemy with her bow from the loft.

Leirsgrios and Omega cover themselves with their cloaks to hide them in the darkness while Leirsgrios makes it so he can see still see.  Eneyla then covers herself with he cloak up in the loft so she can still see.  

Leirsgrios and Eneyla stay awake and watch for any signs while the other two go to sleep.
