[Medieval] Camp IV - Page 30

Well, If they have anything in this world that we can use to blow up the inside of that cave and englulf it in flames, it would be wonderful.  We could always ask Mr. Smith if there is anything around here that could help us make it really hot in there for the bats?

IV Camp Medieval

We could..toss wood into the den area of the thing.  Once we have a very large pile of wood we could get some kind of fuel and like a torch to it.  Hopefully if we can make a fire large enough they will burn up and die.

not sure about the gun powder.  You would have to check in the marketplace thread to see what is readily available to buy.  But I am sure if we stop by the tavern and ask around, but keep in mind, the torches won't light the wood pile so easily, so we would need something to help the fire to burn the logs.

Page 30 IV Camp Medieval

Alright guys, this is the party order post.  Post whatever you want added or taken away from it.

Here it is:
Liete says, "We can get oil easily enough, but wood, we will need wood.  It would take too long to cut down a tree and the wood would probably be too wet." She turns to Mr. Smith and  Liete suggests to the farmer about using some of his wood (if he has some) and offers to have everyone help recut him some more wood after defeating the bat swarm

If the farmer says he has wood and enough for us to use.  They will tell Mr. Smith that they will be back after a quick run into town.  They party will then head to town,  Liete and Leirsgrios will both give 3 gold each to Omega and Omega will pitch in 1 gold.  Omega will then go to the market and try to haggle a cheaper price for 5 flasks, 1 flint, 1 torch and 1 stray dog than 9 gold.  If the haggle is succesfull he we split the remaining gold given to him and give half to Liete and half to Leirsgrios.

Once this is done they will return to the farmers home, they will prepare the wood to be taken to the cave tomorrow.  Once everything is ready they will try and make a plan for the night.


If the farmer doesn't have any wood for us to use they will ask the farmer if they could borrow his horse and cart to haul wood back to the farm from town to make it easier.  No matter what the farmer says the party will then head to town,  Liete and Leirsgrios will both give 3 gold each to Omega and Omega will pitch in 1 gold.  Omega will then go to the market and try to haggle a cheaper price for 5 flasks, 1 flint, 1 torch and 1 stray dog than 9 gold.  If the haggle is succesfull he we split the remaining gold given to him and give half to Liete and half to Leirsgrios.  While in the market Omega they will ask around to see if anyone is selling chopped wood and at what price.

IV Camp Medieval

Sounds pretty good, but hopefully, Mr Smith will have some chopped wood already.  We will have to carry the wood to the cave, because it being a wooded area, I would about bet the path would be too narrow to use the horse and wagon.

The idea about burin them out is good..but i think Liete is right about getting the wood there...but it is a goo idea..Just how do we get the wood to the cave???

We are gonna have to carry the wood all the way there.....fun isn't it? heh
