what if we try to get whoever to come down? like fool them into believing we give up or something and then get them?

III Camp Medieval

That could work, but it seems that they are playing the waiting game for us to show ourselves to take another shot at us.  Plus, with the horse not wanting to stand still, it makes it difficult to use the wagon as a barrier unless we slowly travel underneath wagon while it moves.  Horses are rather smart.  They won't walk into deep holes or anything like that, so the horse could be our guide for the wagon out of this mountain trail.

So what we are deciding to do? I need to post in Party Order. Or we use the wagon as a barrier or I climb the mountain and Lucia takes the risk.

Page 13 III Camp Medieval

'Hmmm, either plan has a major drawback.  It would take a longer to use the wagon as a barrier by crawling underneath it while the horse pulls it through the path in the mountains.  I say let's get this stand off with the unknown attacker over with and let me take the risk.  We won't know if I'll get shot if I don't take the chance.  I might get lucky and get the grappling hook and rope unscathed.  I could move swift enough to grab the grappling hook and rope, because I know right where I'm reaching into the wagon for them.  Then I can take cover under the wagon, and then toss the grappling hook and rope to you Zenobia.'

III Camp Medieval

Lucia looks at the horse and quietly speaking soothingly to it.  In hopes that the horse will be still long enough for her to get the grappling hook.  Lucia looks around at the mountain ledges and takes a deep breath.  She quickly stands up and hops into the wagon tray.  She quickly grabs the grappling hook and the rope.  Lucia takes one quick glance around as she jumps back out of the wagon tray and hides again in between the horse and the front of the wagon.

'Um, I think we might be in trouble,' Lucia says uneasily and clearly shaken by her close touch with an arrow.  She looks to Mystic and Zenobia and says, 'I saw one of them.  They're wearing black.  What is that sound?  Are they calling for each other to swoop down and take us out? Or are they just trying to protect their territory?'

Zenobia looks at Lucia and says 'I don't have idea! but let's finish what we started. Since we have the grappling hook and rope now we can climb the mountain and see how many of them are out there. I will climb it while Mystic is behind me and you (Lucia) stay in the ground with your eyes well open'. 'Mystic get ready your arrows, I will have mine ready too'.

Any other idea or suggestion?

i don't know what to do now, maybe they are going to attack us somehow or calling for more of them to come. are we going to die already?
