"Wizards, is it then"? Fion replied, raising his eyebrows.
"Och, this canno be good! What devilment will they brew up for honest warriors to contend with?
"Whatever happend to good, old-fashioned swordplay"?
He sighed heavily, shaking his head.
"Ah, but never ye mind. Fion will have to fight all the harder I allow, but we'll get the job done".
Well we won't get it done unless we find a way out of this bad wind. We should seek shelter and wait out the storm. Hopefully it will pass quickly but it looks pretty strong. My guess is that the market will be pulling in all of there goods, maybe we could have done some trading for a horse and cart or a pack mule or something. Perhaps if the storm passes quickly and the market comes out again, we can do just that. If not then we go on foot, and it won't be easy everyone is carrying quite a bit. If we are able to trade at all think about what you need least, and see what everyone else has the same, we don't exactly need two of everything. except food and water.
Fion got a sheepish look on his face.
"Aye, that would be a good idea, had I not lost me last sou to that cheating gambler last night.
"Food and water be no problem, though as long as I have me bow".
"The rain be no problem for me, but I trow the ladies would prefer to wait it out in shelter, unless you've a mind to move out now".
Zenobia agrees with Kagan. We need to find shelter somehow. Zenobia looks at Fion and tell him 'You cannot survive by the air only, you seem like a strong warrior, you may need more food than the average person, what do you plan to do?'
Zenobia tells Kagan 'if the market opens again we should get some tents and a horse or mule, it seems like we have to do a quick job since Greaves do not want to pay us if we take forever'. Zenobia tells everybody that we should start our journey as soon as possible. When we reach up to the mountains we may find a cave where we can rest and eat something. We should keep our eyes open at all times since we may be attacked by bandits and with this weather, things will become tougher.
Zenobia just suggest these things, she knows Kagan has the last word.
Kagan pauses a moment and stares out into space. Â She works out a plan in her head and then says to the group, thoughtfully.
"Yes.  We shall return to the village.   Instead of waiting on the market to reopen.  I suggest that Lupus and I ...well   borrow a horse and cart, but we will have to wait until dark.  Everyone will need to rest up so they can be set to go tonight. Â
Fion.  Perhaps you should accompany us tonight.  You are an animal trainer and trapper as I understand it, and you may be of use to us, but leave your weapons behind.  I'll lend you my dagger, but don't be to ready to use it.  I don't think you'll need to.  The village is full of the elderly, but still beware.  They  may be far gone in years, but they are knowledgable and not without their wiles. Â
Be as quiet as can be.
We'll need our cloaks too.
