Hmmm what do you think Labrat is this a trap? I am an assassin but I'm not sure if I should let him know about this...what do you think? I think we should ask him why he's asking that...or do you think we should let him know our skills?
I would play this close to cuff so to speak. I wouldn't tell him you had, but maybe we can ask another question. "Now, that is a very interesting question. Why on earth would you ask us that?" OR........
I don't know. This will be dangerous though, because if he intends to assassinate someone and tells us his plan. We will need to be a part of it or we will probably end up dead ourselves.
Maybe you could say something like "I have been involved in a lot of interesting and dangerous things in my life." "Why do you ask?"
Maybe I could say "I am a scientist. I have been involved in a lot of intriguing cases, but I haven't personally been the trigger man or actually directly killed anyone myself."
What do you think we should do. I don't think it is a trap, but I have never played an RPG before so don't guy by my instincts.
I think I like this part of your response:
"Maybe you could say something like "I have been involved in a lot of interesting and dangerous things in my life." "Why do you ask?""
I like this answer because is not directly answering his question but at the same time, leaving a door open .
You wanna go with this answer? If yes, I will post in Squad Order.
If you haven't already - yes, let's go with that. Sorry, I didn't answer sooner. Busy digging out from the storm.
LabRat says, "I am a scientist. I have been involved in a lot of intriguing cases, but I haven't personally been the trigger man or actually directly killed anyone myself. Now, why do you ask such a question?"
Bloody, I am not sure what to tell you to do. Maybe ask why we should trust him? or just be honest. Seems like he already knows the answers anyway.
How will you explain having soft hands and yet being an assassin? Seems to me it doesn't take rough hands to pull a trigger.

O.K. Great. An assassination in a public place. What do you think Bloody? You up for it? I don't see we have a choice because I can't believe we are going to be allowed to say no and then just walk out of the bar and go on our merry way? Maybe we should get more money?
Maybe we can question why it has to be done in a public place like a shuttle. I don't know, is it customary for an assassin to be told where to make the hit?
Anyway, my response to him is:
==============
LabRat says, "you mean 10,000 units each right?"
==============
If you agree, let me know. Maybe we clarify 10,000 units each and then ask for details?

I go for it! I need some adventure in my life! yes we should ask him if its 10,000 credits each since you will be giving me a lot of help, specially with research and the computer.
Also do you have any 'terms'?.
We need more information like who is the person and so on, I have 'morals' also, I don't kill children or elderly people.
