"Well, I'm a pediatrician. I'm 25 years old from Finland but living in Manhattan since I was 15 years old. I'm single, I broke up with my boyfriend a year ago and since then it was hard for me to get in a new relationship.
I live alone with my cat Sussie.
I was going to Jamaica for vacations and who knows to see if I could meet someone special...but I think I found that person already", Says Sugarplum while she looks at Jake to see if he get the hint.
My hobbies are dancing, cooking and be just quiet with my friends watching a movie at home and eating pop-corn. I'm a very easy going person who likes to have clean fun and go out.
Now it's your turn".
While talking a piece of paper blows right into SugarPlum's face hitting her on the cheek and then falling on the floor. Curious by it she picks it up and it contains this message:
"Wow, that's interesting!" Sugarplum thinks while she re-read the ad again. Although it's sad he didn't put his age on the ad and the fact that he's a vegetarian doesn't appeal me too much"... Plus...How in the world I'm going to reply to it from here!"
Nah, I'm not so desesperate to be replying to an add in the newspaper! That's for losers!, she thinks. I can do better than that. But I cannot denied that the add attracts me".
Jake stands up quickly.
"Wait a minute, Sugar. How did that paper get here? It blew up, so it's dry!
"You're not gonna tell me it blew all across the ocean like that! We have got to be very close to wherever that came from"!
Jake heads in the direction from which the paper blew in.
Sugarplum follows Jake wherever he's going....
"This is very strange, don't you think Jake?. I feel we are not alone in this tiny island."
"I don't see anything. Do you Jake?."
"I don't see anything, but that paper came from somewhere" he said, looking out to sea.
Had the paper blown in? Were they just out of sight of Bermuda?
He might have been able to calculate the direction, except he didn't know the angle of descent or direction the pilot had taken when they went down.
They were on the south side of the island. He had deliberately chosen that side.
"Sugar, I believe we are very close to Bermuda. That's the only thing that makes any sense to me. The problem is, I don't have a map, and don't know the waters here".
"I've half a mind to say let's store up some food and water and head south in a few days".
"But...But where we will be going? do you have any idea? because if we don't have a map and we don't know where we are...do you think is safe to just move out from here taking the risk to go somewhere that may not be safe and that may don't have food?", Sugarplum asks with a concern face to Jake.
"I think it should be better for us to wait here for a while to see if a helicopter pass around to save us, don't you think?"
