Hazelbug Introduction

I was raised LDS. I grew up believing that the church had the most internally consistent doctrine of any other Christian religion I'd seen. Quite a few of my beliefs still stem from the mormon doctrine, but I've recently been looking at the scriptures in a new light. I'm no longer mormon, because I have accepted too many beliefs outside of the LDS dogma as truth. I've come to this website in order to gain more perspective and intelligently discuss spiritual beliefs with other people who boldly search for the truth rather than submitting to the comforts of conformity and ignorance.
