I've heard that Wesley Snipes is now a wanted man because he is dodging federal taxes he should of paid.

I have not heard of this, it does sound like "gossip". As an actor I enjoy watching him as he naturally fits the characters that imitates with "Blade" being one of his best.

If he has since filed the returns then they will probally let him off. I think that some people hire others to this for them. I can see this being a oversite on some parts but it is really the actors responsibilty to make sure that all taxes were properly filed.

He told the judge he was sorry and I guess the IRS is now taking him to court in civil court to get all the back owed taxes, interest and penalties. That is the good ole IRS beat a person while they are down. smile.gif

Where is 'Blade' when you need him? The IRS loves to go after celebrities and the rich to show that you cannot 'beat the law' no matter who you are. I have the feeling that sentence will be reduced to just a few months.
