Sandy woman outraged by wasted clothing
Goss, who happened upon the pile of waste while throwing out her trash, was outraged at what she saw and says employees from a nearby children's clothing store purposefully destroyed and threw away about a hundred items that she'd rather see going to the needy at this time of year and in such a tough economy. Well we can not have expensive stuff going to the needy now can we. We need to make sure anything that the needy can find useful is destroyed beyond possible use.
I think it is pretty sad that some can not donate to those in the USA who really need help. I find it amazing that will soo many needing help here people still give generously to those over seas.
A Merry Christmas must be merry with its happy celebrators .How we can celebrate this event and a plethora of children suffer from Aids, starvation and unreasonable wars. We have to think about people around us because sad people suffers a lot when they are ignored as I quoted once
"The pure heart that sorrow cleaves
Is more fragile than autumn leaves"
Hence, Christmas bells will be more musical if they are wrapped with children laughter and wreathed in their smiles of mirth.
Hippocampose, maybe it is the language barrier but I do not understand what your Post has in relation to the wasted clothing thrown out which for me seems to be a normal thing in the US. Some where around here I wrote about how we saw people in the US throwing away virtually new stuff all the time. It is ashamed especially when there are so many needy and homeless in the US right now.
