I read many accounts online but I'm personally skeptical because I want to believe if someone indeed had such ordinance would they go online and share it with complete strangers, you know what am I saying? : *smile* Also yes I read its through recommendation basically what I heard is that someone receiving the ordinance makes a list of possible candidates and then based on that they select others or something like that. I can understand the need for Bishops, Stake Presidents and all that for a temple recommend but I don't see any logic of a HUMAN telling ANOTHER human that they can reach exaltation here on earth. Come on....inspired or not they still human like us. I don't think ANYONE but God can do that.
