A truck driver has been charged in connection with the multi-vehicle wreck that left comedian-actor Tracy Morgan in critical condition and killed comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, the Middlesex County, New Jersey, prosecutor's office says.

Kevin Roper, 35, of Jonesboro, Georgia, has been charged with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto after the tractor-trailer he was driving struck the limo bus carrying Morgan and others on the New Jersey Turnpike early Saturday, the statement said. Ref. CNN
