Two Fitchburg police officers were justified to fatally shoot a Gardner woman after she robbed a store and led officers on a high-speed chase in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Shooting Fatal Justified Police Fitchburg Report
I totally agree with this decision. Using a vehicle to ram into officers cars proves that she would not hesitate to run over a officer. Using a car as a weapon can get you shot. This is one trial and crook the tax payers do not have to pay for. The tax payers paying for a few bullets is a lot cheeper.
