I've completed all mission, and phone missions but I still have 12 left to do where are they! Also is there really a fourth island unsure.gif. Please help me!

Heh, i never really beat that game. I'm sure if ya go the IGN website or Game Faqs you can find answers to your questions. they are pretty good with helpin ya out.
