It seems like there is a Grinch in Florida. This is really sad considering the presents were for needy families.

Authorities say 47-year-old Barbara Williams took the wrapped gifts from the principal's office at Wilson Elementary School in Sanford. She was arrested Tuesday after being caught on security camera removing two bags of presents from the office last Friday.

Although Williams works at the school, officials say she had no reason to be in the office...
