Oh dear! I think I have seen this test before. I am not too thrilled with my results. It appears that I am a judgmental introvert? That's not good!

And the personality description sounds a lot like me.
INTJ was the result of the test.
I guess I didn't see the american lifestyle bent for the test and I have actually used a Japanese and Chinese version of this test for my department at work in Taiwan and Japan. It helps me figure out what might be the right motivational tool for the group or individuals.
I totally agree with the description as it lines me out pretty well. I gotta quit telling people that they or the way they do things are wrong or do it more nicely even though I have the results to prove it. I do love to challenge conventional thinking and rules in general and that gets me in trouble...a lot!

Comments: Hello. I am an INFJ too. It is amazing how well the description fits me. I love the arts and am extremely sensitive as well as intuitive. I am shocked to have found so many with the same personality type. It is said to be the rarest... And to answer your question, I do believe the test is accurate as it described me so well.
Name: Jane
Comments: I'm an (Introverted iNtuitive Thinking Judging) INTJ. The description fits perfectly, I think. I know what I know, and I know what I don't know. I apply (often ruthlessly) the criterion "Does it work?" to everything. I am imaginative and reliable. Anyone considered to be "slacking," including superiors, will lose my respect -- and will generally be made aware of this. I do not readily grasp the social rituals; for instance, I tend to have little patience and less understanding of such things as small talk. I'm a private person. I want others to make sense!
I love these! The link didn't work for me, but you can take the same test here in a more responsive and current quiz.
