Student drug testing seems like a good idea to some Utah school districts and their communities. But a new national study has found such testing doesn't deter student drug use. And the national American Civil Liberties Union is calling for schools to halt random drug testing.

In my personal opinion. Random Drug Testing is wrong. It's an invasion of privacy. A permit is needed for the police to search a persons house, and cause is needed to get said permit, so why is it right to invade a person's body because they're "innocent until proven guilty"
Like I said above Random Drug Testing (RDT) is borderline Unconstitutional. It violates the right to be "innocent until proven guilty," or if you prefer, it goes against legal search and seizure procedures. anyways the article refers to a place in the US(only) Which its a whole different situation...
