Jext Editor

I think people should check out Jext. It's a Java Editor, written in Java. But don't let that scare you off, it's not slow at all. Along with that, it had syntax highlighting for TONS of languages, such as C++, C#, Python, Perl, PHP, HTML, XML, Ruby, ASM, and many more. Plus it's almost completely customizable, with tons of plugins.
If all that's not enough to at least give it a shot, it's also FREE (as in Free Beer), and open source. Under the GPL license.

After reading more reviews on Jext I have to say that it really sounds impressive. I was not able to download the install file unfortunatly. I am going to attempt to find another site that a download resides but if anyone is able to find one please share it here.
