You no longer have to spell out 'offtopic', just click the new button, select guided and it will popup a box and put the open and close tags for you!

Ahhh, we survived 2003 and Christmas in one piece and
in peace despite the trauma going on in some parts of
the world. We are grateful to have you on board with
us in what we now dub as our 'International Forum'.

For the upcoming year we plan many new and wonderful
