Trading Spaces!

I love this show. I wouldn't say I'm addicted but I love it. there are so many spin offs of this show now. there's like trading spaces family, trading spaces, trading spaces british invasion, and trading spaces boys vs. girls. tlc is definitely milking this show. i only like the original show. i like verne (the designer). his rooms always turn out BEAUTIFUL

Spaces Trading

Accually, if I am correct. Trading Spaces is a spin off of the British show called Changing Rooms that has been on BBC America for 4-5 years now. Still a good show if your into that kind of stuff. Personally, i would rather play a video game or watch some movie. I have seen changing rooms a couple times and I like it, the people are funny when they cry. Its awsome when they cry and the designers or whatever have sweet accents.

Changing rooms is kinda the same thing i watch both shows whenever i have the time and yes you are right ,Trading spaces is a spin off of changing room.. The American version

What one do you like better out of the two? I like changing rooms more...probably because thats the one I have watched the most of and accually know who the designers are. The thing i like most about it though are how outrageous the rooms get. It ranges from nudes to an iceroom with blue and iceicles everwhere.

I love trading spaces, but I like it best when it isn't too radical. I like to take ideas from it that I can apply to my own home for not a lot of work or money.

I saw one where they created a home theater with lights and seats and all. It was cool, but not very practical in the average home. I can't really take a room in my house and dedicate it solely for this purpose. I do pay attention to how they use colors and such though.

I just watch and wait till the end. Thats why i like the Radical stuff so much...why? Because people HATE it, . Its hilarious listening to british people say how much they hate something.

I love Trading Spaces. My favorite designer is Frank. Doug has got to be my least favorite. I rarely like anything he has done, and he has probably made more people cry than any other designer. I must admit I have been surprised by what some people like. I saw one a few weeks ago where Hildy (I think) did an all black room. I thought it looked horrible, but the homeowners loved it. On the same episode, Doug created an all white room, and it was not well received.
