Q. What are those various control panels that are on certain boards and how do I get one?
A. If you are talking about something like the Movie Critic Control Panel then you need to visit the Forum Shop and purchase it there. If you are talking about the RPG control panel, well that is only accessible if you are part of an RPG group.
Q. I want to get one of those fancy Movie Critic Control Panels but I do not have enough FP, what do I do?
A. Try saving or make a donation and get some FP.
Q. Why are these Movie Critic Control Panels so expensive?
A. They need extra bandwidth and can cause lots of clutter if everyone had easy access to it.
Q. I updated my Movie Critic Control Panel info via the shop, but it did not save all the info... why?
A. For descriptions you have a limit of 255 characters as it says and you need to understand that it clears ALL previous info. It also warns you of this at the top of the page.

Verify Protection
Q. What is the purpose of verifying protection?
A. Members can steal your FP from you if you are not careful. Clicking the 'Verify Protection' link in the Shop helps you to know your level of protection.
Q. It says 'Not Protected', what should I do?
A. Go to the Forum Shop and buy either 'Protection' or 'Insurance', they each have the description within the item before purchase.
Q. How can I know the level of protection a user has?
A. You cannot

Q. I bought a Mod Voice option in the Shop and when I use it I do not see any play button, how come?
A. Make sure your browser is capable of playing .WAV files.
Q. Is there a plugin available for playing .WAV files?
A. Yes, you can download Apple Quicktime for free and install it. Go to:
https://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
Q. Will I need an other plugins while I am downloading this one?
A. Not for .WAV. By installing Quicktime you will also be able to hear .MID files which can be heard in various part of our Community.
