It actually looks quite interesting, is this a Ikariam style or is this a Age of the Empires style game?

Hexus Gaming Video & Issues Computer
This is a PC based game around 91MB. You have to collect different colored objects or something like that to win some of the puzzles. I haven't actually played just looked up for a deeper description than what Latina gave.
