Wales 19 England 26
A Brave attempt by Wales on their Home Ground to Hold Back the English Tide.
The Welsh Defence was awesome in the second half but Toby Flood's opening made a try for the Winger Ashton.
England's second came from an obvious back-play overlap with Ashton again Profiting from Coeto's looping pass.
Wales' right winger scored their only try of the game but they were matched physically in midfield and their flying back-play just didn't happen.
England now have three games in Twickenham to secure a Successful Campaign.

Italy 11 Ireland 13
On a sunny day in Rome the Gladiatorial Italians almost sent the Irish home liking their wounds. They scored a good back-field try and lead by one point with three minutes to go. Their dream of beating Ireland for the first time in the tournament were dashed by the Irish substitute Ronan O'Gara, he stood in the half back position and lofted home a drop goal to steal a Victory from under the Italian's noses.

France 34 Scotland 21
Gallic power and flair dominated a game where the Scottish gave a brave performance in the best game of the tournament so far. Something had to give as the sheer size, pace and artistry of the French made mincemeat of the stern Highland defence. Scotland did reply with three tries, two at short range as Kerry Brown ran through the arms of the giant Chabal. Tiredness and disbelief came over the Scotts as the French confirmed their place as the best in the Northen Hemisphere.

Man of the match Chris Ashton scored four tries as England thrashed Italy 59-13 at Twickenham on Saturday. Mark Cueto, Mike Tindall, Danny Care and James Haskell also crossed the try-line for the hosts, for whom Toby Flood racked up two assists and six successful kicks at goal. The sole Italian try came from replacement hooker Fabio Ongaro.
Welsh winger Shane Williams scored both tries in a 24-6 victory over Scotland at Murrayfield. Williams received a pass from James Hook in the opening few minutes before running on to a kick by Jonathan Davies to further improve his remarkable try scoring record. Flanker Sam Warburton was awarded the RBS man of the match award.
France maintained their 100% record with a hard-fought 25-22 win in Dublin despite only scoring one try to Ireland's three. Fergus McFadden, Tomas O'Leary and Jamie Heaslip all crossed over for the home side, while Maxime Medard scored the solitary try for France. However, Morgan Parra slotted home five penalties for the visitors, while captain Thierry Dusautoir was named man of the match.

Italy 16 Wales 24
This was a struggle for Wales in Rome as the Italians made a brave effort to win.
James Hook made a try and kicked a drop goal to assure victory for the Dragons.

England 17 France 9
This was a gritty battle as both the tournament favorites faced each other.
Ben Foden scored the only try of the game to continue a 100% run for England in the competition.

Scotland 18 Ireland 21
This was the best game of the weekend, the Celtic giants rumbled onto the field and faced each other over a cold Murreyfield. It was back and forth, Heaslip was a mountain for Ireland and Scotland would not give up. Three Irish tries secured victory.

Italy 22 France 21
A thrilling encounter between the continental pair who seemed a field apart on paper.
This was the day of the underdog as Italy's Bergamasco kicked them to victory against a flat French display. Masi was Italy's main man, scoring a try with a physical effort from fullback.

Wales 19 Ireland 13
This was a gritty battle of kicking duels and a very controversial try. Man of the match James Hook beat both Irish fly halves while kicking with ball in hand. But it must be said that Mike Phillips' try for Wales should have been disallowed as the wrong ball was used to score it. Yes the wrong ball. The rule book states that when a player takes a quick throw in, he must use the same ball that was kicked out. The ball Phillips used to score came from the hand of the ball boy, while the original was kicked into the crowd! Anyway, the touch judge confirmed that the try was to stand and Wales were victorious. Brian O'Driscoll, the Irish captain was furious.

We all wait with baited breath for tomorrow's game between England and Scotland, I hope the Highland effort will be enough to silence the English Crowd.
