I just recently learned that Joseph Smith translated the BofM by using a seer stone in a hat.
Question #1: Is using a seer stone in a hat a true form of revelation?
Question #2: If I'm suppose to receive a testimony about the BofM, why wasn't I ever taught this actual manner in which Joseph Smith translated the BofM?
Phil_a_lethes, you are new so I will just warn you for now, MrSmith does not like messages posted out of context and on the wrong board. Please read the rules and look for the appropriate board for your messages. I feel inclined to let you know two things:
1. If your questions or rant is positive it may go in the LDS Deep Doctrine board
2. If it is negative in nature or have nothing to do with LDS Doctrine then please put it in the board called, 'Religious Beliefs, Cultures & Traditions'
