A NEIGHBOUR of Shomari Lewis-Pelage, the four-year-old shot and killed a week ago, appeared before a Couva magistrate yesterday charged with his murder.
The accused, Kevin Edwards, was also charged with murdering the boy's father, Sheldon Lewis-Pelage, eight charges of shooting with intent and a separate charge of wounding.
Edwards, 22, of Dow Village, California, smiled as Senior Magistrate Debra Quintyne read the murder charges.
