If you go to GOOGLE and enter Global Warming you will get 22,500,000 "hits" because it's all the rage these days. But, if you type Global Cooling in the same box you get 985,000 "hits." Then try, "Coming ice age." That's good for 590,000 "hits." I am beginning to hear rumblings on the news about going from warming back into an ice age. Konq, someday you will realize that this whole thing is caused by three things. Government grants to scientist who are "studying" the problem, politicians that want to keep the $ rolling in, and the "news" media reporting anything said on the subject to sell print. By the way, we should all stop breathing, because we exhale the green house gas CO2?

If you "Google" The Coming Ice Age you will get 617,000 hits. Just one small sample shows the US government already talking about spending millions in quest of an ice age.

Policymakers are beginning to pay attention. Last week, the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee sent to the full Senate a bill that would give NOAA $60 million for research into the causes of abrupt change. The work could help provide more accurate modeling of past and future climate change, perhaps yielding clues that could serve as an early warning to abrupt change.

This should be interesting to watch. On national T.V. this morning John Coleman, the founder of The Weather Channel, said that we have had the coldest winter in the US and Europe in modern history. He also said that carbon has nothing to do with global warming, so he is suing Al Gore in court for fraud for selling "carbon credits."
