Web Hosts Outsourcing Support

There is a big trend now with web hosts outsourcing their support to third parties like India. How can I know these people can be trusted when they have access to my account? it is something I'm very concerned about and I honestly feel that web hosts should put it in as part of their selling page that they do outsource their support to third parties.
