I hope she gets the maximum sentence, not only for her irresponsibility but also because of the stupid answer she gave on why she was not in the bathroom with her child:

My sister sent me an email with these news. I just couldn't believe the fact that the mother's excuse was that she didn't want to raise a mamma's boy. I think she lacks a couple of brain cells.
