Burn Body Found

SANGRE Grande police are investigating an incident in which the badly burnt body of a man was found in some bushes on Ogiste Trace, Coal Mine, Sangre Grande, yesterday.

This latest killing has pushed the murder toll to 47 for the year.

The corpse, which is yet to be identified, was discovered around 2.30 p.m. By a caretaker on her way to a nearby estate.

Police said the woman noticed blood on the roadway, decided to investigate and discovered the burnt body 50 metres off the roadway.
