England 22 Scotland 16
This was a close game right up to the last 10 minutes.
England and Scotland shared a draw at half time at 9 points a piece.
English kicking kept them ahead and they were relishing a win when Croft powered over in the corner. Scotland quickly replied with a drop goal and a touch of genius by Max Evans in a magical score. It was a couple of penalty scores that made a difference and a win for England that leaves them just one more result away from a Grand Slam.

Tomorrow is the big day!
It's the final day of the Six Nations tournament.
Will England be crowned as the Grand Slam Champions?
They have to beat Ireland in Dublin First!
Will Wales win their fourth game in a row?
They must travel to Paris to face a fierce French hoard!
Will Italy continue to upset the form book with a win at Edinburgh?
The Highland Flingers will have something to say about that!

I cant wait!

Rugby is a very rough sport. My first impression was pain because they don't use any body protection. I don't really understand that part where they gather in a circle and start pushing each other. Why doesn't the guy with the ball just run with it rather than make a circle?

Scotland 21 Italy 8
Scottish hearts were pounding as they trailed at half time in this tough challenge by the Italians. The Italian Star Fullback Masi lead the way with a brilliant score.
Substitute powerhouse De Luca came on for Scotland to batter the Continental side into a wooden spoon position to end the tournament.

Ireland 24 England 8
Record breaking centre Brian O' Driscoll lead a crushing defeat on England in Dublin today. Hopes were high for an English Grand Slam (Unbeaten Run) for the tournament. The Irish boys just hadn't read the script. Their back play was more direct and they were more committed in the breakdowns. There was a try for England but it did no good. Over all, England did win the tournament as this was their only loss.

France 28 Wales 9
Wales had an out side chance of topping the table with a win in Paris. But the day was for the French as the previous defeat to Italy springboarded a performance of great ferocity from France. The counter-ruck of the French team put Wales on the back foot. A brilliant display by Man of the Match Nallet, a clever tactical chip over try and a good passionate defence made a satisfying win for France.
I watched one player with interest, Wales' teenage wizard George North, he's from my home county. A star for the future. He did well today against a world class opponent.

The Rugby World Cup starts this Summer in New Zealand.

When there is a breakdown in play, the game is re-started by forming a "Scrum" of the forward players. The team with the advantage put the ball in, the "Hooker" strikes the ball and the forwards push the opposite side off the ball. Then play continues.

We don't ware body armour or helmets as Rugby is a Man's Sport. (Women play too.)

I guess my question about this "Man's Sport" is how does it breakdown in play that they need to form the circle or "scrum" like you call it?

A breakdown in play is when the ball is "Dead", when someone fumbles the ball to the ground or makes an infringement such as a forward pass or when the ball is not thrown in straight at the throw in. It also happens when the technical rules of the game are not met, such as a foul re-start kick or other time when the ball is tied up and the team with the advantage cannot play the ball. If the ball crosses the tryline without being grounded by either team, they also re-start with a "Scrum". A team can also ask for a "Scrum" to be set as a penalty action against the other team.
