I don't know you, but this is just my general opinion...
I think it all depends on who you are... I'll kill every person I see on GTA, but I'm not violent in person...

As far as the driving topic, I myself get somewhat of a rush, going fast on racing games.
In person, when the time is right, I would go fast to get even more of this rush.
