Mr. Gibbs has a new plan initiative. The Four Roads will now be open for a 12 hour night time shift, during which time they will operate as walk-in "customer service centers". Policing of the area at other times will be carried out through mobile patrols directed from a command center which will be located at the West End station in Diego Martin.
