This building looks like a water factory with a water mill! This picture is very detailed. When the water goes down in the watermill, all the water passes though it and goes up and the process starts again! but how water can go up? The water supposed to go down!

I think this looks like a 3D color rendering of one of MC Escher's B&W illusion drawings. If its not Escher it's very Escheresque. I love MC Escher.
