What are your thoughts about the animal "Parrotlet - Amazonian"?

Brief description of the "Parrotlet - Amazonian": The 4.5-inch average length of the Amazonian Parrotlets makes them one of the smallest members of the parrot family known to man. These tiny birds are quite colorful, with their vibrant green plumage and blue crown, forehead and lores.

Amazonian Parrotlet

What color would amazonian be? I presume green, I've never heard of this type of bird before. I think one of my friend's own this type of bird. I heard it is very low maintenance.
