Police catch Tampere restaurant shooter

A man suspected of being the Tampere restaurant shooter was arrested on Monday evening at an apartment in Kangasala, a town east of Tampere, according to a police statement. The under 30-year-old man who was taken into police custody is of foreign decent. He is suspected of firing a gun at the Ale-Bar restaurant in central Tampere, leaving one man with three gun-shot wounds. The victim remained in hospital care on Monday night, although police assure that he is in no immediate danger. Source: Helsinki Times
I doubt this is a unique case. There are probably many crocked cops that help to keep the drug cartels going strong. Some of them may have no choice as they are threatened against their own life or the life of their family.
