Charges filed in 7th District Court in Castle Dale indicate that an investigation was conducted by the Utah State Bureau of Investigations and the crimes were allegedly committed by David F. Owens, 74, between 1997 and 2007. Owens retired from his position during that time. Ref. Source 1

Is it me or it seems like Utah is getting more and more of this type of predators? Gosh they're supposed to be some sort of religious state, it's kind of freaky to be honest. I hope if found guilty, he could face long years in prison, we don't need this sort of sickos out there.
