What are your thoughts about the upcoming 2010-2011 Budget for Trinidad & Tobago to be given by the government on Wednesday 8th September, 2010?

Tobago and Trinidad Budget -

Some of the highlights:

* $49 billion dollars (based on US$65 per oil barrel)
* Tax amnesty
* Police will get $1,000 per month tax free
* Bikes for policemen in certain areas
* Bailout for certain investors (CLICO / Hindu Credit Union)

I'm glad their getting rid of that rapid rail project and property taxes but did I hear right about a tunnel from Tunapuna to Maracas?

Comments: I'm liking the budget its just what we need for the country to go forward. The tax amnesty is good too because I'm late by a couple of years.
