Veteran San Diego weatherman Joe Lizura, who recently left KUSI-TV without explanation, has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of engaging in lewd conduct in public, stemming from allegations that he was masturbating in the window of a Normal Heights office building in October. Ref. Source 8
