Comments: Home decorating is very hard for some people, but it doesn't need to be. Everyone has their own personality and this has to be considered when decorating your home. I liked the article, and was well written. Like it says, start with a focal point, and go from their. I use my fireplace for the focal point since my living room is mostly windows. Its the first thing people see when they walk into the room.

The most important part of decorating your living space (to me) has to be that it reflects your personality. You can read all of the articles on interior decoration you want, but if it doesn't just scream "_________________ (insert your name here) lives here" then it is never going to feel like home.

My favorite piece of flair that I have is my "I <3 dinosaurs" poster. I've had it since I was 6, and I'm now 23. I'm not entirely sure what I would do without it.
