Asia's first culinarium opens in Pamanga

ANGELES CITY, Philippines — The first culinary museum in the Philippines or even in Asia, called a Culinarium, can be found in Pampanga.
It is at the Museo ng Angeles in Angeles city, Pampanga.
Pampanga is widely known for its cooking. Food preparation is a legacy that the city wants to preserve through this culinarium.
As one ascends the second floor of the museum going to the culinarium, photos of Pampanga’s famous dishes such as betute, camaru, sisig, pindang damulag and many others are prominently displayed on the wall.
