Taranaki District Health Board has apologised to a Hawera mother after her son's amputated finger was accidentally thrown in the rubbish. Ref. Source 7

Accidentally? How can you throw a piece of a human body and call it an "accident"? I hope they sue the heck out of the hospital and receive some sort of compensation.
