What are your thoughts about the animal "Pionus - White Capped"?

Brief description of the "Pionus - White Capped": White Capped Pionus Parrots usually grow to between nine and 11 inches in length, and are the smallest Pionus. Although the heads of White Capped Pionus Parrots are blue, they are topped with a white patch, hence the name White Capped!
