Trinis Like To Argue

Trinis like to argue

Why do Trinis, instead of thinking about what is being said just start to argue and make themselves look so foolish?

Maybe because they believe in the law of the jungle, whoever shouts more gets on more is the "strongest".

Yes I laughed and had to agree with Doubles.

I suspect that Trinis are very insecure creatures and they do not like to look foolish in front of their peers. Instead of treating every experience as a learning one, they believe that there is some sort of conspiracy against them, to make them look bad. The shouting part stems from ignorance and it is a "bully tactic" which serves to get their own way, even if they are wrong. I suspect that they derive a great deal of satisfaction, when they silence those who "are right" and they believe that "they have won the respect of others."

Or maybe it could be that, this is the example that was set for them as a child. Whenever you are wrong, never admit it, just be rude and aggressive until you get your own way.

Name: Tony

Comments: Don't think we like to argue more than anyone else in the world but we are very opinionated. Maybe that is so because we have a overwhelming sense of importance and we believe we can change the way people see the world by convincing them that they should see it our way. It is not a weakness but a strength. True for some but not for all. Some of us, like others around the world, just take a position and will stay that way till we dead.

Having an opinion and knowing when and how to share it is an art. Blurted out as though you are trying to bring attention to you produce in a market does little for what you want to say or the aura of the one saying it so Trinis would be wise to think twice before directing lingo in an attack / counter attack.
