Dad and two sons accused of defrauding BG Group

A father and his two sons appeared yesterday before a Port-of-Spain Magistrate on four counts of fraud amounting to $2,283,965. Against the international conglomerate BG Group

Former manager of Scotiabank, San Fernando, Pooran Rampersad, 56, and his two children Ravi Rampersad, 31, an accountant who up until December was employed with the BG Group, and school teacher Raval Rampersad, 26, all appeared before Magistrate Debbie Ann Bassaw in the Tenth Court.
