MANILA, Philippines — Anticipating fewer passengers will ride public utility vehicles (PUVs) during the summer, transport group One United Transport Koalisyon (1UTAK) has called on the government to help drivers and commuters cope with the increasing oil prices and the projected drop in passenger load.
