The Game Master says...

The next day everyone visits various places of the Village to make necessary purchases. Neihao decides to visit the doctor. The doctor looks him over and just dresses some of his wounds saying,

"You need about 25 days of rest if you want to be fully restored to your usual self. I did not do much here, just cleaned your wounds a bit and dressed it properly so that will be just 2gps."

GM: You have not healed any HP yet, say if you wish to take his advice or not.

The Game Master says...

You decide to stay in the Village until your wounds have healed.

You then visit with the Village Elders and report what you have seen and done thus far.
Neihao then suggests that they have a town meeting with an eye to getting the Villagers concerns and needs. They become perplexed by this as they whisper to one another. One Elder says in a proud authoritative way,

"We already know their needs... The Dark Cleric must be brought to justice or pay the price of justice."

Others in the room say.

"Hear... hear..."

A curious man dressed in fine clothing emerges from the shadows, he then appears to move toward the Elders' council table gracefully. The man, who looks aged but not as much as the Village Elders, then whispers in one of the Elder's ears. The Elder nods in agreement to whatever is said to him and then says to you,

"Follow this man."

GM: Say what you will do now, specifically if you will follow the man indicated.

The Game Master says...

You follow the man into a long corridor that eventually leads you to a room with a heavy oak door. Inside the room seems mystical with strange statues and symbols on the tapestry. The man who led you here asks to see your wounds. As you show him he puts some sort of paste on it and within the space of a few minutes you are healed totally.

GM: Everyone's HP has been restored.

He then looks at all of you sternly and says, "Tell no one of this. These are desperate times and the Dark Cleric must be brought before us dead or alive, thus ye are healed... Go to and rid this land of evil."

He then stands in his place and shows you the door. As you leave he says again,

"Tell no one of our meeting."

You wonder about the secrecy but suppose it is because of the Kingdom's lack of toleration for anything 'magic' or perhaps there is another reason but you do not wait around to inquire more. You make your way out of the council chambers.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.

The Game Master says...

You decide to head back to the South. You travel all day using a slow jog method and find yourself very tired by the end of the day when you arrive to the spot where your last battle took place. It is nighttime now, a bit chilly and the howls of wolves are in the air. Fortunately, both radiant full moons are out tonight so it is fairly bright. You can see the mountain peaks of Death's Mouth with small fires, perhaps from camp fires.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.

The Dark Cleric - Medieval RPG

The Game Master says...

Medieval After traveling all day you still decide to press forward towards Death's Mouth.

Your horses move sluggishly, they are most likely in need of both water and food, neither of which are natural to this area.

You also are soaking with sweat, thirsty and your stomach pangs with the need for food - this leaves you relatively weak and disenchanted.

It is now early morning before day break and you are at the base of Death's Mouth on the Eastern side. The mountain is rocky and jagged, you do not see any path up to where you saw the fire earlier.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.

The Game Master says...

You take the time to rest but your stomach still groans.

The horses are a bit restless.

You look for some way up to the top of the mountain but as far as you can tell you will need at least a grappling hook and rope to pass the first stage of the climb.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.

The Game Master says...

You move East of your current position (about one mile) and make a cold camp which is not very comfortable. You continue to hear the distant howls of wolves but encounter nothing during the night. You eat and your horses hesitantly take your rations.

GM: The Horses will need at least two rations per horse for it to be anything significant but they should really have horse feed. Ensure to subtract water and rations from your profiles. Say what you wish to do now.
