Lady Godiva returns in chain armor with a huge storm shield. These things weigh her down but with her war horse at her side it gives her strength.
"Just a few things I thought I might need"
She laughs knowing it may seem overdone but she thinks she will need them all as she ties the rest of her stuff to her horse and then saddles up.
"So, are we ready?"
Out of Character: I spent 430gps and left my original armor home and gold in the bank (thanks for the suggestion). I also updated my AC, its 20 now!
Out of Character: Looks good [FairMaiden?], you're going to be one of the untouchables now.
I will post our actions now, next time JB updates the story lets be ready with specific actions please.
Lady Godiva is beginning to see why a storm shield is not the first option for fighters, it is expensive and heavy! She attaches it the horse, he can handle it she thinks. Now that she has a horse she cannot see herself without one.
"What do you make of this... It is too quiet eh?"
Out of Character: I think we should just continue forward, no sense in all the delays since we're well equipped now.
Out of Character: I think we should take into consideration two possible scenarios. First, they could have prepared an ambush. No matter how well armored you guys are: a trap is a trap and usually is studied to turn the elephant into a mouse. Second, they could have fled. Proceding cautiously to avoid an ambush would give them time to take the leave. But starting a chase could bring us blindly into a trap. Any ideas?
Out of Character: Yes that's true. Usually we move along the sides of the pass so we don't get hit by arrows but since we have a wagon that really isn't an option.
In Character: John gets up to his horse and he was thinking that some time he should get Armour for his horse, he waits for the group's action. He says to Lady Godiva, "The horse is fine, I am sure it will be a good help for you."
