Out of Character: I don't know how JB handles his games, he follows custom rules. I'm always assuming he counts attacks of opportunity and one round for disengaging from threatened spots. That's why I don't step back when close to an enemy. I'm used to Dungeons & Dragons, where stepping close to an enemy or back from him is a dangerous action. You have more experience with his games: does it work differently here?
Out of Character: I'm not as experienced as Play is but for me the dice is just to say if you succeeded or not its more about your actions and less about your dice. I'm not into Dungeons & Dragons but I definitely know JB's system isn't that complex its more decision based. The less you leave for JB to interpret the safer for your character.
Tanar quickly jumps on the wicked Cleric, trying to grapple him to prevent the use of any component or somatic part of a spell. While holding the enemy , he will try to stab him on the back with a dagger. Rolls submitted.
Specific Action: Tanar feels the draining aura and, recalling myths and legends about magic and spellcasting, grapples the enemy to prevent him to cast harmful spells. While grappling, try to stab the Cleric on the back with a dagger.
Out of Character: Right, I just sent my rolls.

Feeling like he needs to rescue Tanar, Dante follows right after hoping to distract the cleric before he takes out the little guy.
Out of Character:: Is this THE cleric we've been looking for? Fair, did your character see him before in an earlier scenario? Maybe when she enters the hut she recognizes him.
Combat roll sent in.
Out of Character: You know I can't remember if Lady Godiva is the same character that I used for the East City adventure but it doesn't matter now because we're already attacking him and we can figure that out after or better yet JB will just tell us that's who we killed if we kill him.
In Character: Lady Godia reaches the hut and feels this distressing feeling come over her. She sees her men at arms fighting and looks to see how best she can assist in the small hut.
Specific Action: Attack the cleric, sending in rolls.
Out of Character: If this guy is like the Hulk we might be done for but I also wonder if the hut is small and all of us are attacking him at the same time how is that going to work out? Plus no one is out with the wagon and those chest outside.
Out of Character: Sorry that you character have died Bruconero. Every character will need to finish the Cleric quickly because if the Cleric makes another strike to one of our characters, they will be dead for sure!
In Character: John notices that his second blow worked! He tries to go for another second blow at the Cleric to finish him off quickly before he causes more damage to anybody.
Specific Action: Try for another second blow at the Cleric to finish him off quickly before he causes any more trouble to anybody.
