Out of Character: I think Caglisastro only has 2 rations, and I have only three. So, being able to hunt will be a plus. Also, maybe some of the cleric's bandits will try to ambush us and we can subdue one. I doubt he/she would know anything about the cleric's powers, but maybe he/she could help us with the reticent townsfolk of East City.
In Character: Dante says to John, "I don't think so, they definitely do not behave like the cleric."
Out of Character: Once we go to anywhere like close to the city we will be under raids and watched all the time. Ranged weapons is a good idea but he is never in the open to do that, we just need to find out his specific weakness, the elders already gave us the place we need to look.
In Character: Cagliostro prepares to leave the meeting with a frown. He was anxiously waiting for the answer about the Cleric's powers and the mysteries he has access to but what was said by the elders didn't satisfy his curiosity. "I will have to find out more about these powers by myself", he thinks.
Out of Character: I agree about bringing the wagon and hiding it in the forest, even unattended. I think that we should try to get some information here, in the Village, first. If like Sgtlee suggested, there's a library or a kept record about the history of this settlement maybe we could get some interesting clue from it.
Out of Character: You guys are totally right about info gathering in the village BUT we have no gold! The villagers will probably only cough up worthwhile information for money unless we find a way to gain some fast.
Out of Character: How much gold we all need for our plan?
In Character: John now go leaves the Elder's place, before he did that he sees Cagliostro was preparing to leave as well, he says to him, "I don't think many people knows the Dark Cleric, but I do know the Dark Cleric's hiding place is in East City, but I don't know where exactly in East city, but I do think it is best to go there while the Cleric is somewhere else."
Out of Character: What the heck, John you have like 150gps! Time to share that with your mates while we're all in the down.
In Character: We know where east city is... The east and Lady Godiva has been there before.
Out of Character: Play, I was going to put on my previous post about my character's gold in the bank, but I thought that 150 Gps is not good enough but it looks like I am wrong. But there is a problem, my character cannot give or share anything with other characters because of one of JB's rules, and if my character drops the gold than everybody will try to take the gold away, but, can my character ask permission for the party to use the gold or that is against the rules? I will have to ask JB about that.
