Camp - The Dark Cleric - Page 249

Out of Character: You put it as "Specific action" which means you are actually doing that, not only proposing it. I didn't check your inventory before posting but, guys, if I also have to check that I'll be dead! This is another proof that my previous post makes some sense. We need to be better organized.

Out of Character: I have no issues with how it is moving right now but I understand the two day rule very well. I will try to post only one action per update.

In Character: Grouth will tear part of the unbounds prisoners shirt and use it to tie him up so he is secure.

Out of Character: This is weird, I thought like one set of us was taking the peasants to the village and the others were scouting the meeting area why didn't we just go with that? I don't get what Sgtlee is frustrated about, you put an action that your going to use rope to tie them up but you don't have rope. JB isn't reading our camp issues he can like only go by your actions and if it doesn't make sense or its like out of sync then you're like going to get the response he gives.

Bruconero you're like getting all worked up with this. Everyone know they need to put a specific action, if they don't do it within the time then you post nothing for them or let JB know you didn't get their actions and let him deal with it. I think this is like way better than just taking things into your own hands.

Page 249 Cleric Dark - Camp

Out of Character: Play, that's the easy way but is not good for the party. If, for instance, last time I decided to put the actions just as they were it would be like this:
-KNtoran and you going to the village
-Felipe, who knows? (He said he would follow the party but which part of it?)
-Fair going to scout the place, probably with me
-Sgtlee securing two of the prisoners to a tree

It would be a mess. If the prisoners are tied to the tree, who you guys would be bringing to the village? Only the third? And how? Walking, riding....
The actions were clashing between them. I posted that because was the only neutral action, just to get ourselves some more time.
If I start just posting the actions as they are it will be a mess.

Cleric Dark - Camp


Out of Character:: frustrated with the events not Cags. We were talking in the group about who had rope. Not thinking to put borrow rope from X to tie up Y. My actions are to hold to we figure out what to do. We have people walking or riding back to camp others staying or going to the meeting point. We got off the track because we are focusing on two thieves that can't help us. That is frustrating.

Specific Action:: wait for party to decide on action. If party gots to meeting point go with them.

Out of Character: Let's not waste other 2 days. Play and KNtoran want to escort that scum to the village. Ok, Just decide how and that's done. Sgtlee and Fair will scout the place of the meeting (let's set an appointment so we will find each other later). Me, depends on Felipe. If he wants to go to the village, I'll go scouting. Otherwise I'll go back with Dante and Grouth so I can see a doctor.

Cags just reread your first post about one action per turn. While I understand that would help. For matters like this we have to agree upon a action to state on. That could delay people placing actions waiting for resolution on our course of action. For the last turn alone we had three separate actions that we considered. Had we stuck with the first one both party members know to the agent meeting us would be heading back to the village. Possibly losing our only lead. I think maybe posting the actions in here prior to going final incase something was missed, I don't know the solution yet. For most issues the actions are simple. I think this situation is unique. But we are letting a side action as a result of the two day rule pull us off course. No big deal lets just get back on track. I think you are doing a good job as the leader. I am making mistakes still out of being new to this style of game. But we are alive so all is good.

Specific Action:: go with Fair to meeting point

Out of Character: The meaning was I believe that could be useful if we use the first day to discuss what we want to do and then post our actions during the second day. This way we will talk and decide first and put actions after everybody have expressed their opinion.
The problem of the missing rope is non existent. That was an action I posted just to avoid penalties because we were in the third day and we still didn't know what to do. The situation is not unique: it will happen over and over if we don't get organized.
Look at Future Earth: we only had to ask some preset questions but it was so confusing that Fair almost blew up. I understand her. Is difficult to put together posts that don't take into consideration what the others are doing. I mean, I could just decide that I don't care and post whatever action I read here. But the game would stop to be fun for everybody: if somebody doesn't believe me, I'm ready to do that for some time just to show the results....
